Anger Management Classes
Controlling and limiting anger is important in every aspect of one’s life.
Without control, you are putting limits on what you can accomplish. Anger can be an incredibly damaging force, costing people their jobs, and personal relationships. However, since everyone experiences anger, having a constructive approach to manage it effectively can turn it into a valuable asset.
Our anger management classes will help you achieve that constructive approach. You will learn how to identify you anger triggers and what to do when you get angry. Through specific coping and planning techniques, anger can be controlled.
The class consists of 10 one on one sessions with a counselor.
You will also be required to purchase the book The Anger Workbook by L. Carter and F. Minirth.
Sessions include working through the topics in this book.

After you complete the 10 sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion.
